Downtown Extended Stay is proudly operated by New Leaf Properties LLC, a locally owned property management company serving Twin Falls and the Magic Valley since 2005. Founded by Eric Watte, New Leaf Properties manages 12 motel and extended-stay locations across Twin Falls, Idaho.
